The process

How placement works

From request to your first shift, here’s the clinical match process — step by step.

  1. Step 1

    Request placement

Fill out the student intake form with your specialty, location, rotation dates, and required hours. It takes about five minutes — no payment required.

  2. Step 2

    We find your match

Our placement team searches our network of verified preceptors for someone who fits your specialty, location, and dates.

  3. Step 3

    Review & approval

The preceptor reviews your school’s requirements and confirms availability while we prepare the paperwork.

  4. Step 4

    Start your rotation

We finalize affiliation agreements and clinical paperwork so you can start on schedule.
