Getting started
How does PreceptorNest work?
Submit the student intake form with your specialty, location, and rotation dates. Our team reviews it, matches you with a verified preceptor, confirms the match, and handles the paperwork with your school.
Do I have to pay to submit a request?
No. Submitting a placement request is completely free. A deposit is only collected once we secure your preceptor.
How fast will I get matched?
We respond to every request within 24 hours (Mon–Fri), and most matches are finalized within 2–5 business days.

What specialties do you cover?
We support FNP, AGPCNP, AGACNP, PMHNP, PNP, WHNP, NNP, ENP, ACPNP, and PA rotations across 11 states.
Do you handle affiliation agreements?
Yes. We coordinate affiliation agreements and all required clinical paperwork directly with your school and the preceptor.
Can I request a specific preceptor?
Absolutely. Name the preceptor you have in mind on the intake form and we’ll reach out to them directly.
Pricing & guarantee
What is your refund policy?
If we can’t secure your preceptor, you receive a full refund of your deposit (minus processing fees) within 5 days of your initial deposit.
When do I pay?
A deposit is only requested once a preceptor is secured for you. Nothing is charged when you submit a request.
